"nine of False River at the bridge to [sic] a statement that he had not disclosed to them in the moment, (just as he had not disclosed it to them) but that he had not disclosed it to them) [original error in here?] just as he had not been able to tell them before having been arrested the Saturday of the assembly in the afternoon and that a few days after Joseph Mina had been seen [by] the declarant, and he told him that he could not [participate?] since we had arrested Antoine Sarrasin, and that he had decided to strike the patrol, to which the declarant asked him if he was capable of doing that, and since you are [sic] to go see the negros of Sr. Goudeau, and that they are [in hiding? in agreement?] you coming to tell me that actually he went there, and having returned"
