dal Theniente Gobernador y Auditor de Guer
ra de esta Provincia, y Asesor general del
Gobierno de ella hizo comparecer a su
presencia a Diego Ortiz soldado del Re
gimiento fixo de esta plaza y al Negro
Josef esclavo del Pequeño Jorge a efecto
de carearlos haciendo dicho Ortiz las
preguntas que constan en la declaracion
de foxas cinquenta y nueve dada ante
el Comandante, que fue de Punta Cor-
