midad que los antecedentes resulto lo mismo
sin manifestar turbacion el dicho Negro
Juan Luis, ni reconcerse fixion en su
modo de raciocinar por hablar muy seguido
con desahogo y libertad: sobre que expuso
Diego Ortiz lo que ha referido arriba aña
diendo que este era uno de los presos que
hablaba mejor el frances en Punta cortada.
Preguntado el dicho Juan Luis si quando
dio su declaracion ante el Comandante de
Punta Cortada, asistio a ella el mismo
Diego Ortiz que esta presente? dixo que
no, y solo lo vio quando lo llevaba las
comida, y responde----
