presencia a efecto de continuar su declara
cion a Diego Ortiz soldado de la tercer com-
pañia del primer batallon del Regimiento
fixo de esta Plaza de quien su Mrd por
ante mi el Escrivano recivio juramento que
lo hizo por Dizo Nuestro Señor y una Señal
de Cruz conforme a dro bajo el que ofrecio
decir verdad en lo que supiere y fuere pre
guntado y siendolo sobre el contenido de la
declaracion que ha dado en la mañana de
este dia, para cuyo efecto se le leyo e impuesto
de el dixo: Que es cierto el contenido de la referida
declaracion que se le ha leido en este acto,
y responde----
Preguntado como ha dicho que lo que consta
en las declaraciones que pudo comprehender
