supiere y fuere preguntado y siendolo si no es

nombor por uno de los testigos de asistencia el Te-
niente D.n Valentin Leblanc, commandante que
fue del Puesto de Punta Cortada para la actuacion
de las diligencias de la sumaria que hizo este contra
varios Negros del mismo Puesto por el delito que se
los atribuye, de haver proyectado levantarse con
tra los blancos y matarlos y si son suyas las
firmas que aparecen en el proceso, que dicen Die
go Ort.z desde foxas diez y siete hasta setenta
y siete, las quales se le han puesto presentes en
este acto? dixo: Que es cierto se nombra Diego
Ortiz, que tambien lo es que el declarante fue
uno de los que nombro por testigos de asistencia
el Comandante que fue del Puesto de Punta
Cortada D.n Valentin Leblanc, en la actuacion
