Intérogé s'il ne savait rien du premier complot, il dit que quelques jours avant Paques passé il avait entendu dire à Jean Baptiste Commandeur & Noël esclave du Sr. Poédras que les négres devaient tuer les blancs le jour de Paques passé, mais qu'il ne lui en avait pas parlé à son maître n'y au commandant parce qu'il voyait l'impossibilité que cela peut ce faire il a répondu.
