If it is true that he is called Francois mulatto of Sr Goudeau, for what reason he is arrested, what nation he is from, if he is married, and what his profession is, he replies
That it is true that he is called Francois mulatto that he is arrested for the matter of the conspiracy of the negros to massacre the whites"
