Consécutivement avons fait comparraître le nommé Jean Baptiste commandeur au Sr Poédras pour le confronter avec Honnoré mulatre au Sieur Simon Croiset, et après leur avons fait faire leur serment dans les formes ordinaires chaqu'un en particulier de dire la vérité, et après avoir lu au dit Honnoré la déclaration du dit Jean Baptiste et divers reconventions faites a répondu le dit Honnoré que la cite est fausse, & Jean Baptiste a ratifié que le dit Honnoré était non seuleument du complot mais qu'il [sic] encore que quand il aurait sept"
