Consécutivement avons fait comparraître le nommé Jean Baptiste Veuve Lacour pour le confrontation avec le nomme Henry au Sr Tounoir et apres leur avoir fait faire leur serment chaqu'un en particulier dans les formes ordinaires de dire la vérité, après avoir lu au dit Henry et diverses reconventions faites a répondu

Next we have made appear the man called Jean Baptiste Widow Lacour for the confrontation with the man called Henry of Sr Tounoir and after having made them make their oaths each individually in the ordinary manner to tell the truth, after having read [the statement] to the said Henry and various counter-claimed made, Henry replied:
