Having nothing more to say and having heard all of his declaration read aloud, he said that all was the pure truth, that he did not know his age, that he seemed to be the age of guarantee [sic], having delcared that he did not know how to sign, we have signed it with the assessor and the attending witnesses, to all of which we give authority.
