Cofi que se refiere a lo que tiene declarado
en estos autos y no conformandose el Reo y tgo
se concluyo esta diligencia en cuyo contenido se
afirmaron y ratificaron leida que les fue al
mismo D.n Fernando por mi el Escrivano y
al Negro por medio de los Ynterpretes ex
presando estar conforme han expuesto y
ser la verdad en cargo del juramento que
han prestado que son de la edad que tienen
declarada y firmo dho Rodriguez con su
Senoria, Asesor e Ynterpretes frances, lo
que no hicieron el reo, y los Ynterpretes Mi
nas por no saber doy fee----

that one is referred to what he had declared
in these proceedings and not being in agreement the Prisoner and witness
this hearing was concluded the contents of which were
confirmed and verified as read to the
said Don Fernando by me the Scribe and
to the Black by way of the Interpreters saying
that it was in agreement with what they had said
and was true under the oath that
they had given that they are of the age they had
declared and the said Rodriguez signed with his
Honor, the Advisor and French Interpreters,
which the prisoner, and the Minas Interpreters did not do
because they did not know how attested--
