Consécutivement avons fait comparraître un negre arrêté pour cette affaire et après lui avoir fait faire son serment par Dieu & la Ste Croix dans les formes ordinaires l'avons intérogé
S'il est vrai qu'il se nomme Etienne a Veuve [sic] Porche, pour quel motif il est arrêté qu'elle est sa nation, s'il est marie, et quel est son maîtier, il répond
Il est vrai qu'il se nomme Etienne, qu'il est arrêté pour l'affaire du complot des négres que son maîtier est de servir"
