Asked why he the declarant had [attempted] and [sic] [supported] committing the crime of the revolution to kill the whites of which we have charged him, knowing that he deserves to be [hung] he replied that he did not consent although he had said in his declaration that he had approved it, and he replies.
Asked if he had anything more to say, he replied non and not knowing how to sign we have"
