Translation
"parts, that are not contrary to this, and that it is true that the man called l'Ham of Widow Barron had said to the declarant to speak to the free negro named Coffi, formerly belonging to [Don?] André Delmonatere and to ask him if the slaves were free, and in case it was not done by the time he would report back the news in this post, to then attack all the whites, that the said declaration had not spoken to Coffi because we had said in the city that he was not the capitain, and that when the said negro arrived here, he was arrested in the way of many others before him and also he adds, Jean Baptiste that Ami [is lying] because Ami told him [to be reponsible for] asking Coffi the day that they would strike the whites in the city"
