"of the Widow Barron, he said that it is false, that on the contrary Ami had said to the declarant in the presence of Petit Jacob of Sr [Pierre Décuver], and Baptiste of the same, that when he would return from the city, he should bring news about freeom, and if we do not give them the said liberty, good [sic], [for they had to have it] by killing the whites and all three replied that this was not good, that Easter Sunday [sic] having left the mass, there had been a [party? dance? pageant?] at the camp of Widow Bourgeat where he has found L'Eveillé, Grand Francois of Sr Poédras, and Jean"
