Reconvenido ygualmente el referido D.n Fernan
do con lo que ha dicho el Negro Josef? dixo que
es falso lo que ha expuesto este Negro y que
se refiere a lo que tiene declarado en estos autos
y responde, y no conformandose Reo y testigo
se concluyo esta diligencia en cuyo contenido se
afirmaron y ratificaron leida que les fue al
dicho Rodriguez por me el Escrivano, y al Ne
gro por medio de los quatro Ynterpretes ex-
presando estar conforme han expuesto y ser
la verdad en cargo del juramento que han pres-
tado que son de la edad que tienen declarada
y firmo el dho D.n Fernando con su Señoria, Ase-
sor e Ynterpretes franceses, lo que no hieieron el reo
y los Ynterpretes Minas, por no saber de que doy fee
