Refiriendo el Comandante del Puesto de
Punta Cortada D.n Valentin LeBlanc en
su informe de treinta de Marzo de este
año, y tambien algunos testigos exami
nados en este Proceso que el Excrivano Re
al D.N Fernando Rodriguez se halló pre
sente a las declaraciones de los Negros que
se reputen Reos, citesele al dicho Rodri
guez para que comparezca en el
Tribunal el dia, y hora que se le asig-
nare de declarar sobre los particulares
Punta Cortada D.n Valentin LeBlanc en

his report of the 30th of March of this
year, and also other witnesses examined
in this Trial that the Royal Scribe
Don Fernando Rodriguez was present
at the declarations of the Blacks who
are considered Criminals, arrange for the said
Rodriguez to appear at the
Court the day, and time that is assigned
to him to make a declaration about the matters
