No. 234. Margarita Baron, widow of J. P. Ladoux, claims a tract of land, situate on the river Mississippi, in the county of Pointe Coupée, containing eight arpents front, and forty in depth, and bounded on one side by land of Jean Baptiste Descuir, and on the other by land of Charles Dufour. It appears that the claimant did actually inhabit and cultivate the land now claimed on the 20th December 1803, and that the same was continually inhabited ami cultivated by her, or those under whom she claims, for more than ten consecutive years next preceding. Confirmed.
