Estate of Louis Riché, aka Jean Louis Riché (1744-?), brother of Frederick Riché, uncle of Martin Bourgeat, and sister of the Widow Bourgeat (Marie Margarite Riche). Two non-contiguous plots were found on the historical plat maps for Louis Riche, referenced by the OB numbers 131 and OB 132. The OB 131 plot is confirmed in the American State Papers as being owned by Louis Riche as early as 1791.
